Criminal facts

On September 15, 1993, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for larceny; 10,000 won for imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Busan District Court on May 22, 1996; 200,000 won for imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on September 4, 1997; 1 year and 2 months for larceny at the Busan District Court on December 4, 1998; 200,00 won for imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court on November 1, 200; 1 million won for larceny at the Busan District Court on April 20, 2007; 200,000 won for an attempted larceny at the Busan District Court on May 16, 2008; and 1 million won for an attempted larceny at the Busan District Court on May 16, 2008 at the Busan District Court on May 16, 2009.

On November 26, 2012:30 on November 26, 2011, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim’s Esexton vehicle parked on the front road of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City; (b) stored the locking straw in a narrow door so as to prevent the locking device from being 200,000 won at a single market price of the victim’s 200,000 won, which was located in the vehicle after the locking the locking device, and (c) subsequently stolen 18 times in total by using the same method as written in the list of crimes, from January 18, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually stolen money and valuables worth KRW 5,593,000 over 18 times in total.
