Defendant shall be punished by a fine of nine million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 9, 2013, the Defendant was driving BMW R1200 two-wheel automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license within a four-lane section from the front of the Central Police Station located in the 558-1st to the front of the Central Police Station in Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, on July 2015, 201.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) is a person engaged in driving a two-wheeled automobile with BMW RT1200

At the same time as stated in the above Paragraph (1), the Defendant driven the above two-wheeled vehicle without obtaining the driver’s license as above, and led the road in front of the central police box in Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro, to the center Ne-distance distance from the side of the half-month distance.

In the end, even though the Defendant’s occupational negligence caused injury to the victim, such as the closure of euplicative bones, which requires approximately 14 weeks of treatment, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures such as aiding the victim.
