1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 107,50,000 and the amount of KRW 80,000,000 among them, from April 19, 2018 to the date of full payment.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2017, the defendant borrowed KRW 80,00,000 from the plaintiff on June 2, 2017, and the plaintiff prepared a certificate of borrowing that "the defendant borrowed KRW 80,000,000 on December 1, 2017, and borrowed KRW 27,500,000 as the due date for repayment, and the interest shall be paid at the time of repayment of principal."

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 19, 2018 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff, with respect to KRW 107,50,000 ( KRW 27,500,000) and KRW 80,000,000, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
