A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, it is related to C in 2012 Godan695.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who employs 40 full-time workers in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and operates (juG)G for the purpose of the architectural design business.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

"2012 Highest 5975"

1. The Defendant is working for the pertinent company from May 24, 201 to January 31, 2012.

A retired employee’s total of 5,062,524 won, including 1,861,822 won of the wage balance on September 201, 201, including 1,861,82 won, and 5,062,524 won, including four workers’ wages and retirement allowances, were not paid within 14 days from the date of his/her retirement without any agreement on extension of the due date

2. The Defendant is working for the pertinent company from May 30, 201 to January 13, 2012.

A retired employee I’s 252,515 won in the wage balance on November 201, 201, and 12,689,352 won in total of two workers’ wages, as shown in No. 1 and No. 4 of the attached Table of Crimes (2), were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

3. The Defendant, from around July 16, 2007, did not pay KRW 1,044,863 of the wage balance on June 25, 201 to the LaborJ of the said company from around July 16, 201 and did not pay KRW 31,879,703 in total on the wage payment date at least once a month as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (3).

"2012 Highest 6995" Defendant shall work in the above workplace from February 25, 2005 to August 31, 2012.

In addition to the fact that wages and retirement allowances for retired workers were not paid KRW 71,05,107, the total amount of KRW 492,642,578, including wages and retirement allowances for 11 retired workers, as described in Nos. 2 through 5, 7, and 13 in the Schedule of Offenses (4), shall be 14 days from the date of retirement, without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
