1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff was a clan that jointly set up F, who is 11 years of age of DC E, and was decided on March 25, 1995 to set up the door-to-door Assembly rules, to elect the president G as the representative, and to set up an office in H branch of D branch of Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun.
B. The land listed in Tables 1,60 square meters and 1,600 square meters as well as each of the lands listed in Tables 1 and 2 (hereinafter collectively referred to as each of the instant lands was owned by J. However, on January 6, 1965, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the Defendant B’s name on the ground of a partial sale on February 1, 1950. On June 30, 1965, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of K on February 1, 1950 with respect to 4440/2,47 shares out of the shares of each of the instant lands, and the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of K on June 1, 1950 on the ground of a share sale on June 1, 195.
C. After that, on June 1, 1995, the land category of 1,600 square meters was changed to a site, and on March 17, 1998, the land category was divided into 1,463 square meters in M&, 322 square meters in M&M, 363 square meters in the attached list 3 through 5, and on the whole 1st 463 square meters in the 1st 463 square meters remaining after the division, N’s ownership transfer registration was made on March 10, 1998.
On November 29, 2013, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 20, 2013 with respect to all shares owned by Defendant B among each land listed in the separate sheet.
