Nevertheless, from January 8, 2008 to February 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) occupied and traded without permission from all members of the nation including Incheon Gyeyang-gu D and 601, without following lawful procedures for the transfer of the Defendant’s residence; and (b) traded a vehicle under the name of another vehicle by the actual driver and the nominal owner on the registration; (c) advertised or advertised the franchise card on the Internet, etc.; (d) advertised or advertised the franchise card; (e) online F, etc., the exclusive transaction site operated by E; or (e) advertised or selling advertisement directly to G, etc., which is a large franchise transaction site created by the Defendant, by means of raising an advertising or sales advertisement in the name of the Defendant, from Oct. 10 to Feb. 17, 2014 to Feb. 95, 2014, the Defendant purchased a “large-scale car” through total account transactions, and then reselled or arranged for sale to many unspecified and unspecified persons under the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant carried on the automobile transaction business without registering the automobile management business.
