A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2013, from around 01:00 to 02:00, the Defendant: (a) made the windows on the second floor be cut up by hand so that they can be cut up by hand; (b) destroyed the windows so far; and (c) laid down the lock by creshing them into the lock.

The Defendant continued to enter the hacks (50cm in length) after the second floor stairs, and entered the president's office, and forced the hacks to enter the said hacks, and brought about approximately 130,3950,000 won in cash and checks owned by the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying the windows at night and impairing the structure.
