Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On April 28, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant purchased at KRW 1.90,000,00 in total with knowledge of the fact that, in GG G3 mobile phones owned by F, one of the victim P, and one of S4 mobile phones in G G3 mobile phones owned by F, the market price equivalent to KRW 900,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
D.
