Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 10:50 on March 18, 2016, the Defendant driven a bicycle of “Saul-gu” and proceeded at the speed of the Si-high speed from the front sidewalk of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu to the Hannam-do basin from the Hannam-gu, Seoul.
