On March 29, 2013: (a) around 13:15, 2013, the Defendant laid down female students and teachers in the direction of the corridor 16th and 16th degree of the 3rd floor of the above school building in Songpa-gu Seoul, and laid down their sexual organs through their windows, and performed a publicly obscene act by committing approximately five minutes of sexual intercourse.
