When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2014, at around 11:40, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault on the part of the Defendant, which was driven by the Defendant on the road in front of Busan Seo-gu C, and the freight driven by the Victim D (57 years of age) due to the contact with the Defendant, in which the Victim D (57 years of age) was in sight, and was lowered on three occasions by the Defendant, in his hand, by cutting down the shape of the Defendant’s candle, and then by using the Defendant’s candle with his hand at one time.
