Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 28, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a sales agency service contract with the Defendant on the sales, inventory management, etc. of the goods supplied by the Plaintiff and entered into a sales agency contract with the Defendant on the charge of the sales of the goods for 12 months during the contract period, with respect to the store established within the lot department B (hereinafter “the lot store”).
