Nevertheless, the Defendant did not register a motor vehicle management business, from November 201 to June 10, 2014, and occupied and traded without permission from all members of the nation, including the Defendant’s residence in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, without going through lawful procedures for transferring a legitimate name, and the actual driver and the nominal owner of the registration purchased a “one-one-one-one vehicle” for another vehicle, i.e., another vehicle, through Internet D or E, and subsequently sold or arranged the purchase of a “two-three-three-three substitute vehicle” as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant carried on the automobile transaction business without registering the automobile management business.
