A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From August 20, 2012 to February 23, 2012, the Defendant removed miscellaneous trees and grass with scrows for the purpose of creating a turdy field for graveyard management, and converted the use of mountainous districts without permission from the competent authority by changing the form and quality of 9,964 square meters of forest land by cutting and banking work.
