Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a holder of B-wing and 3 cargo vehicles. A.

A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days as prescribed by the President. However, the defendant, even though he/she took over the above cargo vehicle from C on November 2015, he/she failed to file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the motor vehicle with the competent Mayor, etc. until April 6, 2016 without justifiable grounds.

B. Despite the fact that the Defendant is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act on the road, the Defendant operated the above B 3 vehicle from April 6, 2016 up to 15 km in front of the soup to the soup 17 Bosung-si, Masung-si, the same time distance from April 6, 2016 to the soup 17 km in front of the said post office.
