A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide game water for the use of any content different from the rating classified by the Game Water Management Committee.

Nevertheless, from around September 20, 2015 to October 8, 2015, the Defendant operated the game hall in the name of “C” on the B1st floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and provided two programs with only one program for the rating of the Game Rating Board’s rating in the 40 game “New Sable Game Marb,” which was classified by the Assembly of the Game Rating Board members, even though only one program for the rating of the Game Rating Board’s rating may exist.
