Reasons
Basic Facts
The plaintiff is the representative director of D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "D") established for the purpose of construction business, etc.
D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter only referred to as “Tho Lake Construction”) entered into a subcontract with respect to the portion of reinforced concrete construction among each construction works contracted for the comprehensive construction of Taeho Lake (hereinafter referred to as “each construction of this case” in total of the following construction works contracted for the comprehensive construction of Taeho Lake, as listed below:
Serial The contract amount (hereinafter referred to as “E District Corporation”) of the construction project ordering date of the construction project shall be the construction of a new commercial site and a new construction of a neighborhood living facility in the E District (hereinafter referred to as “E District Corporation”) on January 4, 2016, from January 4, 2016 to May 31, 2016, the 2 Gwangju Won-ju Special Metropolitan City Highway Corporation (F, G) newly constructed a new private investment project establishment in the 2-dong Highway 2-dong Highway Corporation (F, G), Jeju Special Metropolitan City, from January 132, 200,000, from January 132, 200, 200, from March 12, 2016 to March 11, 2016, from March 16, 2016 to March 16, 2016 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Corporation”).
D By August 10, 2016, with respect to the construction of reinforced concrete among each of the instant construction subcontracted from Taeho General Construction, D shall each agree with the Defendant regarding the construction of reinforced concrete; the contract amount of KRW 60,000,000 on January 9, 2016; the contract amount of KRW 244,000,000 on the E District construction on January 30, 2016; and the contract amount of KRW 500,00,000 on February 3, 2016 on the construction of Leecheon-si Building, respectively; and the Defendant shall provide D with all materials and pumps, such as temporary materials, rains, and steel products, and equipment, such as lifts, at the construction site.
