Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:40 on April 27, 2013, at the main point of “C” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, with 70 members of the Ninber C, and was in a meeting with the Defendant, on the ground that a member in the name default on the same occupation made a speech and a bath against the Defendant, etc., and took a look at one another, such as taking a flab and taking a bath in a large amount.

1. Damage to property;

A. The Defendant, at the above date and time, destroyed the repair cost of KRW 145,00 by putting back side of the air conditioner at the entrance of the main point once a week, on the ground that there was a fire, while coming out of the main point, due to the daily activities that call down at the time and at the above place.

B. The Defendant continued to dump the entrance, etc. at the entrance prior to the above main point, and dump with the above persons and flaps together with the above persons, and damaged the Defendant’s name-free boxes by going against the door mold that had been behind the Defendant, etc., thereby falling short of the repair cost of KRW 200,000.

C. The Defendant continued to repair the windows that are double of trees and glass in front of the above main passage once again, and damaged the repair cost of KRW 450,000.

2. In the above date, time, main points, and the main corridor in front of the main point, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main duty by force by forcing the customers who were in the main point and enter the main point by leaving them feel a sense of fear, or by destroying property, by putting them in a large sense with his name, in spite of the request of the victim D and his employees E.
