1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd.: 1,459,406,473 won and 388,432,538 won among them, from June 2, 2020.

Facts of recognition

A. On October 9, 200, E Co., Ltd. entered into a credit transaction agreement with Defendant A Co., Ltd. to grant loans of KRW 325,00,00,000 per annum on October 9, 200, interest rate of KRW 11.5% per annum, and delay compensation rate of KRW 18% per annum (hereinafter “the principal and interest of the instant loan”). On the same day, Defendant A Co., Ltd. paid KRW 250,00,000 as the principal and interest of the instant loan to Defendant Co., Ltd. with KRW 325,00,000,000 as the principal and interest of the instant loan to Defendant Co., Ltd. with KRW 00,000,000 as the principal and interest of the instant loan of KRW 00,000,000 as the total amount of loan and interest of the instant loan to Defendant Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd. with KRW 10,000,00 per annum.

B. Around January 4, 2013, D died. Around January 28, 2013, its inheritor had F, G, H, and Defendant C, and F, G, and H filed a declaration of renunciation of inheritance with the Daegu Family Court 2013Mo268 around January 28, 2013, and Defendant C filed a declaration of renunciation of inheritance, and the said declaration was accepted. Around January 28, 2013, Defendant C filed a declaration of renunciation of inheritance with the Daegu Family Court 2013Mo270.

C. After that, around November 24, 2013, E transferred each of the instant claims to the Plaintiff, and notified Defendant A of the transfer of the said claims around April 3, 2020.

As of June 2, 2020, the principal and interest of loan of this case as of June 2, 2020 KRW 228,654,281, interest or delay damages, KRW 658,180,580, total amount of KRW 886,834,861, and this case’s principal and interest of loan of this case.
