1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. D’s view is E, from E to 8 years of age, and F’s self-loss is four; F’s self-loss is one of the four types; 3 South G, 4 South H is ma, mama I and 2 South J only follow-up descendants; and J’s latter descendants are currently engaging in KS.
B. I had 5 South Korea, but N in South Korea L, 2 South Korea N, 3 South N, 4 South O, and 5 South P, and L's descendants are one-time Qm and O's descendants are one-time Rm wave.
C. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 5, 10 through 14, and 17 through 18 was subject to the circumstances in the name of S on October 31, 1913, and thereafter on November 28, 1929, T and U were registered for transfer of ownership on November 28, 1929, and the transfer of ownership was registered in the name of U, V, W, X, and C (hereinafter “U et al.”) on November 11, 1931.

Each real estate listed in the list Nos. 6 through 9 was replaced by U and four other on February 28, 1991 after the assessment was conducted in the name of Y. The real estate Nos. 15 was assessed in the name of T and U, and Nos. 16 was assessed in the name of U and four other.
E. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 19,20 was purchased from Z on November 26, 1929, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of U.S. on December 21, 1931.
F. Each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 21 through 23 was assessed in the name of A on April 23, 1920, and the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of T and U on November 26, 1929, and the ownership transfer registration was made in the name of AB and AC on September 19, 1970.
G. As to each real estate listed in the [Attachment] list 1 to 5, 13, and 23, the registration of ownership transfer has been made in the name of each defendant clan on March 1, 1940; and as to each real estate listed in the Nos. 6 through 12 on February 15, 1980 on the ground of donation.
H. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff clan is a clan consisting of Rmph, that is, D 10 years old descendants, and according to the delegation by 26 years old AD, a law firm citizen, who is the Plaintiff’s agent, North Korea on November 18, 2012.
