1. On April 12, 2007, Defendant Taean Golf Host Co., Ltd. on the real estate stated in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 12, 2007, the Plaintiff purchased real estate (hereinafter “instant real estate”) as indicated in the attached Table from Defendant Taean Golf Host Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Tae Taean Golf Host”) for KRW 300 million.

The Plaintiff paid the fixed payment of KRW 60 million on the day of the contract to the Defendant Taean Golfel, KRW 100 million on July 23, 2007, KRW 40 million on intermediate payment, KRW 40 million on January 9, 2008, and KRW 300 million on March 17, 2008.

B. On January 31, 2008, the Defendant Thol Golf completed the registration of ownership preservation on the instant real estate, and on the same day, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on one of the Defendant Company, one of the property trusts (former trade names: Multiol Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “Defendant Han Property Trust”).

2. According to the above facts finding as to the claim against the defendant Taean Golfel, the defendant Tae Taean Golfel is obligated to complete the registration of ownership transfer for the real estate of this case to the plaintiff on April 12, 2007.

3. According to Article 7(2) of the Trust Contract concluded between the Defendant Taean Golfel and the Defendant Han Han Asset Trust (hereinafter “instant Trust Contract”), the Plaintiff asserts that, if the remainder of the sale price of the instant real estate is paid to the first beneficiary, the Plaintiff may request termination of the trust contract on the instant real estate. The Plaintiff asserts that, on behalf of the Defendant Taean Golf, the Plaintiff sought termination of the trust contract on the instant real estate and cancellation of the ownership transfer registration on the instant real estate on behalf of the Defendant Taean Asset Trust, the Plaintiff sought cancellation of the trust contract on the instant real estate and the ownership transfer registration on the instant real estate.

Under the instant trust agreement, the Defendant, the debtor, had a golf telecom.
