Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:00 on March 18, 2012, the Defendant was born by having a fetus in a pregnancy of five months from the Defendant’s own womb in a way that the Defendant was administered with an induced delivery system from an infertility father in the trade name and the third floor operating room in China, which is the above hospital’s doctor, at around 06:00.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act may lend a means of access for compensation in using and managing the means of access;

Nevertheless, on May 11, 2012, the Defendant consented to use the passbook under the name of the Defendant (C) and cash cards and authorized certificates, etc., the means of access to the passbook under paragraph (1), which are the means of access, and received five times from September 2, 2012 to January 1, 2013, and received a total of KRW 500,000 from September 2, 2012 to January 1, 2013 as the national bank account under the name of the Defendant.
