A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

One injection (No. 2) which has been seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. in the Hongsung Branch of Daejeon District Court on September 11, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in the official prison on January 11, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On April 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 50,00 to E in front of the Dju points in the vicinity of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and purchased approximately KRW 0.03 g of mert clopon (hereinafter “copon”).

2. On April 20, 2015, at around 20:0, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from E from the Defendant’s house located in Gumisi F and 303, as described in paragraph 1, into a single-use injection machine, and administered them by means of injection into the arms.

3. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 50,000 to E from the Daegu Seo-gu G and the E’s house located in 305 Dong 1503, and purchased approximately 0.03 g opphones.

4. The Defendant contained approximately 0.015g of philophones purchased from E at the time and place described in paragraph 3, as described in paragraph 2, in a single-use injection machine, and dilution with raw water, and administered them in such a way as to injection into the arms.

5. On May 2, 2015, at around 00:15, the Defendant carried approximately 0.015 g of philopon into a single-use injection machine for the purpose of medication at 506 amblopon 506 amblopon.
