1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 21,400,879 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from May 31, 2017 to November 13, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 5, 2017 to January 5, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract with respect to the Daegu-gu Factory Building, Machinery, Facilities, etc. (hereinafter “instant building”) with B (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the insurance coverage amounting to KRW 361,50,60,00 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
B. On February 26, 2017, on Sundays 12:10, a fire occurred in the second floor of the E-factory operated by Defendant A (hereinafter “instant factory”) located in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu (hereinafter “instant factory”) located in the vicinity of the instant factory, and the second floor was destroyed, and a fire accident was caused by fire in some parts of the instant building attached to the instant factory, and machinery, office equipment, and neighboring buildings, which are destroyed by fire.

The defendant A stated that he did not work after the business until 14 hours prior to the occurrence of the fire.
