Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 High 912"

1. Around the end of December 2010, the Defendant lent 10 million won to I, who is the son of H, as a security of the check, and when the check was in default and the contact was closed. On May 201, H was paid 200,000 won by first on behalf of I, and the remainder eight million won was paid by first on a 500,000 won per month, while he was paid 2.5 million won additionally, he did not pay H any more while he was paid 2.5 million won additionally, and he was willing to directly loan 8 million won of the check as a security.

On June 14, 2012, the defendant around Suwon-si, but at the detention center of Suwon-si, the defendant lent money to son as a security and refused to repay the money even after lending it.

However, in fact, the Defendant was unable to receive money from I as above, and the mother was to receive subrogated reimbursement through H, and there was no direct lending of money to H.

Accordingly, the defendant filed a false complaint with the aim of having H punished criminal punishment.
