1. The Defendant’s KRW 39,462,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from February 28, 2019 to May 31, 2019.

1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff’s loan to the Defendant from October 2018 to December 2018, and the fact that there remains KRW 39,462,50 of the rent for the period above.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 39,462,50 won with interest rate of 15% per annum as stipulated in the main text of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) from February 28, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and damages for delay calculated by 12% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and accepted.
