Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2012, the Defendant, at around 20:00, went to the toilets where he drinks together with daily behaviors, such as E and F, at the main point of “D” located in Gwangju Northern-gu C.

온 사이에 술에 취한 피해자 G(여, 69세)이 피고인의 자리에 앉아 비켜주지 않은 채 탁자를 두드리고 E에게 큰 소리로 욕하는 등 행패를 부린다는 이유로 피해자의 어깨 옷깃을 잡고 일으켜 세워 빨리 집에 가라고 등 뒤를 툭 밀어 술에 취한 위 피해자가 균형을 잡지 못하고 바닥에 넘어져 얼굴을 부딪히게 함으로써 위 피해자에게 약 3주간의 치료를 요하는 치아의 아탈구상 등의 상해를 입게 하였다.
