A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Acceptance and administration of psychotropic drugs Metracules (tentatively called 'copon'; hereinafter referred to as 'coponphone');

A. On February 21, 2015, at around 16:00 to 17:00, the Defendant received philophones from Dongducheon City D 506, and 0.03g of philophones that were in a single-use injection machine from E without compensation, and received and delivered philophones.

B. At around 23:00 on March 14, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting philophones received from the Defendant’s dwelling rooftop F in the same ducheon City F, as above, into paper cupped cups and dilution with water.

2. Receipt, smoking, and keeping of marijuana;

A. At around 18:40 on February 20, 2015, the Defendant received marijuana from 506, a volume of alcohol out of the quantity of marijuana (a volume containing 2/3 of height and 20cm in plastic box of each height and 20cm in width) in which it is impossible to identify from a person whose name before locking was unknown (a name “G”), and the Defendant received it, without compensation, to E.

B. At around 23:00 on March 14, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 1g of marijuana, among marijuana received from the above “G,” into tobacco and inserting a smoke with a fire.

C. On March 16, 2015, around 10:47, the Defendant kept marijuana by inserting approximately KRW 7.6g of marijuana and approximately 4.4g of marijuana inside the field of a strike package in the Aluminium in the dwelling room of the above Defendant.
