Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on February 27, 2015, the Defendant arbitrarily changed the registration number plate to D using the front number plate of the Clus Kankn vehicle at an insular area (hereinafter referred to as the “Slus vehicle”) around 30,000, and made it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
