1.The judgment of the first instance, including a claim extended and reduced in the trial, shall be modified as follows:
The defendant.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where part of the judgment of the court of first instance is used as follows. Thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. The part in the report (1) is replaced by the “statement of calculation of damages” in Section 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance in the corresponding table as follows.
(2) Nos. 4, 1, and 2 of the judgment of the first instance shall be conducted in the following manner:
“(2) Income and operation period: From the age of 21 to the end of the scheduled period of military service [the age of 19 years that has already occurred before the enforcement of the amended Civil Act (amended by Act No. 10429, Mar. 7, 201) which stipulates the age of 19], the Plaintiff already was scheduled to enforce the said amended Civil Act at the time of the instant accident. The Plaintiff becomes 19 years old after the enforcement of the amended Civil Act, and under the Military Service Act, the Minister of National Defense may adjust the active service period under the said amended Civil Act, taking into account the fact that the Minister may adjust the active service period from the age of 19 to the age of 60]
(4) Parts V through VI of the judgment of the first instance shall be dried with the following parts:
A total of KRW 14,116,200 per three times of operating expenses (=1th 6,075,400 won 2nd 4,515,400 won 2nd 4,525,400 won) with the front side and the right knee, the outer side, the right hne part, the right hne part, and the reflective reflective skeing part of the side on the right side inside the right floor.
The first operation cost is spent on June 1, 2016, and the second operation cost on June 1, 2017, and the third operation cost on June 1, 2018, respectively.
