A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a Bbee or a car.

On February 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on February 13, 2016, and continued to drive the said car on the front side of the front west-gun of the Namnam-gun, the front side of the road on the front side of the front side of the west-gu, the front side of the road.
