1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a party, etc. 1) The “C Child Care Center” located in Silsi B (hereinafter “instant Child Care Center”).

(2) The Defendant is an administrative agency entrusted by the Minister of Health and Welfare with the authority to suspend the qualification of the head of a child care center by the Minister of Health and Welfare pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations.

B. On April 21, 2016, E, around 11:40, shouldered F’s arms at the Child Care Center classroom of this case. D, while she was moving into the rest space of the Child Care Center of this case and getting to go to the following F, E, who did not want to go to go to go to “E shall be asked only once,” and E was broken off two times due to the above behavior of D, E suffered injury (hereinafter “damage”).
