1. The court's explanation of this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing this case by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. According to the conclusion, as long as there is no insurance payment obligation of the Plaintiff against the Defendants under an insurance contract as stated in the attached Table 2, and the Defendants are denied and contested, the Plaintiff has the benefit to seek confirmation against the Defendants.

Therefore, all of the plaintiff's claims against the defendants of this case are justified, and all of the defendants' counterclaims of this case are dismissed without merit. The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all of the defendants' appeals are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
