A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) sold the Korean Amweweg products; (b) around 2012, the Defendant came to know that the Defendant sold Amweg products to the victim D; and (c) obtained the victim’s hwegs by means of burning the victim, who is aware of the victim’s heart and driving, into his own vehicle.

1. Around January 20, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around January 20, 2014, the Defendant said that, in the case of the Korea Dispute Settlement Bank Co., Ltd., which was located in Dobong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Co., Ltd., “I would be unable to use the credit card at home. I would be able to use the credit card at home, and the price will be paid at time.”

However, at the time, the defendant was liable for the debt amounting to approximately KRW 400-5 million in using a marina passbook, and the defendant was paid an allowance by selling the product, but the profits accrued therefrom are only several hundred thousand won, and even if using the victim's card, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount properly, and it was a kind of refund that is used as the settlement price by receiving cash service using the victim's credit card.

On January 20, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained a credit card (E) in the name of the victim from the victim on two occasions on January 20, 2014, and received two million won of cash services from the victim on two occasions, from July 3, 2014, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by purchasing the product equivalent to the sum of KRW 9,841,650 using the Samsung Card, foreign exchange card, and modern card in the name of the victim or by allowing the victim to receive cash services and pay the price for the said card to the victim.

2. The Defendant was issued from D around February 24, 2014 with regard to the part that received Samsung Card re-issuance.
