Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The parties concerned Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) have a head office in Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu and operated the above business using 140 regular workers as a corporation established on October 7, 2004 for the purpose of the automobile parts manufacturing business. Defendant A is the head of the main factory of the above Defendant Corporation and is the safety and health management manager for workers under his control. Defendant B is the head of the main factory of the above Defendant Corporation and the supervisor for workers under his control. Defendant C (C, Uzbekistan nationality, one person “G”) is the head of the main factory of the above Defendant Corporation, and the supervisor for workers under his control and supervision. 2. Violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Act;
