1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant E and G shall each be KRW 340,00,000 per annum from November 11, 201 to August 19, 2014.

(2) On November 3, 2010, the Plaintiff prepared an investment contract with the purport that “Defendant G would pay twice the amount of investment (including the amount of investment) to the Plaintiff when the land value owned by J in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Seoul-gun, 201 increased by two times the current officially announced land price” (hereinafter “Notarial investment contract”).

In addition, Defendant G issued a promissory note of KRW 180 million in its name to the Plaintiff on the same day, and received a notarial deed.
