A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The charge of aiding and abetting fraud among the facts charged in the instant case is acquitted.

Punishment of the crime

On October 14, 2015, the Defendant was released on February 28, 2018 during the execution of the sentence, and on September 22, 2018, the parole period was expired in the Suwon District Court.

Around October 14, 2015, the Defendant obtained an emergency medical technician’s license and worked as an emergency medical technician at a hospital from around 2000. Around May 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years and a fine for five million won in Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on October 14, 2015, as stated in the above criminal records.

In around 2017, the Defendant, in a female correctional institution, expressed that “B was the intention of graduating to graduate from the GJ, but the D Hospital located in Gwangju was subject to the license. The license was revoked, which was detained as the fact that the medical treatment was conducted after the license was revoked,” and that “B, along with E, tried to engage in sports marketing business related to the hospital. It is expected to establish a rehabilitation hospital. It is time for the rehabilitation hospital to establish, and the Defendant continued to receive a proposal to do business as if the license was revoked.”

On April 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a request from B to “E to obtain an external investment and request to send a certificate of doctor’s license; (b) expressed a false official document by requesting forgery to a person who was issued a false certificate to a police officer on May 2013; and (c) displayed a forged certificate of intent (license number: F, name: A, resident registration number: G, date of publication: February 19, 2006) against the Defendant, which was held in the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare, at the same date and in the name of the Minister of Health and Welfare, at the same place.
