Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall be allowed to do any act lying, sitting or standing on a road in a manner likely to obstruct the traffic.

Nevertheless, at around 02:50 on May 11, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of the said vehicle by blocking Bone Star-ray vehicle from driving in front of 105, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with no justifiable reason.
