Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 8, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on March 8, 2017, repeated a speech that cannot be understood, such as “a counter-espionage report should be reported” to B and his spouse B, and the police officers dispatched to the site upon receiving the report referred to in B’s 112, led to the mistake of domestic violence and the occurrence of the defect in order to separate the Defendant from B, and then demand the victim C(60 years old)’s driving to board DK5 cab and to change the victim C (60 years old) to the next police station.

3. The Defendant damaged public goods at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.
