A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2019 order 3627] On August 8, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim D (34 years old) who was seated in the direction of the “C” convenience store located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the ground that the victim D (34 years old) seated in the direction of the “C” convenience store in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, was in a slurfic currency, such as the victim’s head was received by the head of the victim and making several parts of the head of the drinking.

[2019 order 4558] On October 20, 2019, around 01:15, the Defendant made a statement from “F” located on the second floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, to go to the driving of the victim G (67 years of age) and the victim resisted against it, and the victim gets her left hand by her hand, and around 02:25 of the same day, the Defendant saw the victim to go to the patrol vehicle on the ground that he did not get a car in the front of the Cheongcheon-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, 549 Cheongcheon-ro, Cheongcheon-ro, 549.

In this respect, the defendant assaulted the victim two times.

[2019 Highest 5428]

1. On October 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:15, the Defendant: (b) reported the victim I (19 years of age) on the cryp road located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; (c) reported the victim I (19 years of age); and (d) took a cryp to the cryp in his/her hand without any particular reason; and (d) took off the cryp of the cryp used by the victim on his/her own hand; and (d) pushed the victim’s face.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. At around 22:33 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender for the same crime as the preceding paragraph at the Seoul Jongno-gu Police Station, Jongno-gu, Seoul Police Station 17:4, and was transferred to the said police box; and (b) tried to remove the part of the victim’s face by gathering a pen (a total length approximately 14 mm) and putting the part of the victim’s face.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
