Defendant

A is the field director of the plan for the settlement of disputes and the defendant B are the field director of the plan for the settlement of disputes.

The above C is an executor of the new construction of the E Sports Center ordered by the victim's net market price, and the above D is a sewage supplier of the above C.

As the Defendants did not receive management expenses for the above construction site from the above C, they claimed false labor expenses to appropriate them for the management expenses at the site.

On October 20, 2016, A submitted to the victim a written claim for labor cost of construction workers ( September 2016), stating “106,408,340 won in supply price, 10,640,834 won in total, 117,049,174 won in supply price,” at the above construction site office located in F in the net City of 2016.

However, on October 2016, Defendant A sent approximately KRW 92,400,00 to Defendant B, who had worked for the first time on September 2016.

In the end, Defendant B sent a copy of the identification card and head of Tong of G, H, I, and J who did not work at the above construction site, and “Preparation of a labor cost claim containing 14,000,000 won in the above G and other four labor cost claim amounting to 106,408,340 won according to the above order,” and Defendant B submitted a written claim for labor cost claim amounting to 106,40 won in accordance with the above order. Defendant A submitted the above increased labor cost claim amounting to 106,40 won to Defendant A on October 20, 2016.

The Defendants deceptioned the victims as above, and received 3,718,870 won in total from the victims to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (K) in the name of the above G on October 24, 2016, and 3,718,870 won in the name of H to the Saemaul Bank Account (M), and 2,986,390 won in the name of J national bank account (N) in the name of the J, as labor expense, and received 13,776,750 won in total from around that time to January 24, 2017 in the following manner, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and received a transfer of 46,251,850 won in total from around three times to January 24, 2017.

As a result, the defendants conspired to acquire the property of the victim.
