Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 12:00 on July 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle at the home plug 3rd floor parking lot in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) went to her own in the future; and (c) the victim demanded the Defendant to go off from the vehicle; and (d) the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “cryp, flaps before the death, flapsing,” and made the victim’s desire to “cryp, flaps, flaps before the death, flapsing,” and threatened the victim by hand as he would have been at the time of the victim.
