Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a director responsible for the production and management of corporation B.

On October 14:50 on October 2016, the Defendant had a duty of care to prevent various accidents, such as providing sufficient education to prevent workers from entering the lecture room, and to ensure safety work by preventing work workers from carrying out work in a safe manner.
