Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant, even though he did not work in B, acquired employment insurance on September 5, 2019 by falsity, and thereafter retired from employment upon expiration of the contract on October 4, 2019.

A person who falsely applied for recognition of eligibility for unemployment benefits to the Daejeon Employment Center on October 17, 2019 and received a total of 9,018,000 won from October 24, 2019 to March 21, 202.

No person shall receive unemployment benefits by fraud or other improper means.

The Defendant retired from employment in Co., Ltd. around August 23, 2019, and served in the Ban-dong area in Daejeon from around August 24, 2019, but acquired employment insurance on September 5, 2019 from Jung-gu, Daejeon to around September 2, 2019 and retired from employment on October 4, 2019.

On October 17, 2019, upon filing a false report, the Daejeon Employment Center in Seo-gu Daejeon filed an application for unemployment recognition without reporting the above facts on October 31, 2019, and received KRW 480,960 from the Agricultural Cooperative account in the name of the defendant on November 1, 2019. Among them, the amount of unemployment benefits of KRW 480,960 was denied and received KRW 9,018,00 in total six times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
