On November 11, 2013, at around 01:50, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.068% from the 7km section of the same 552-dong of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the roads of approximately 02:00 on the same day.
