1. The Defendant’s KRW 19,501,086 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s 15% per annum from August 30, 2017 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To describe the grounds for claims in attached Form and the grounds for the corrected claims; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings that partly dismiss are promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, only damages for delay calculated at a rate of 12% per annum after the enforcement date thereof shall be recognized, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
