The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, found Defendant A guilty of the charges of this case’s violation of trust and of the receipt of property in breach of trust against Defendant B and C, did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on wrongful solicitation and admissibility of evidence in the crime of violation of trust and the crime of taking property in breach of trust, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
