1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 8, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the "creditor" is deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" to be the "Defendant". The plaintiff reduced part of the claim on delay damages in the claim in accordance with the statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended at the date of the first pleading.
