In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court did not err in its judgment that found all of the facts charged of this case guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning of appeal by misapprehending the facts contrary to logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the possibility of public performance or dissemination in the crime of defamation and insult.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
