1. As to KRW 40,762,688 and its KRW 33,99,50 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from March 21, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits, since the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 was 12% per annum, the part of the claim that exceeds such scope shall be dismissed.
